About the Opportunity
Zyleme is Ghana's trusted platform for ordering authentic and affordable products from the US. We're expanding into B2B and looking for a driven, well-connected sales professional to help us build relationships with businesses across Accra. This is a performance-based opportunity — if you're good at closing, the earning potential is significant.
About the Role
- Visit businesses across Accra to introduce Zyleme's B2B sourcing service
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at target companies
- Present Zyleme's value proposition and handle objections confidently
- Follow up on leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the Zyleme team to generate quotes and close deals
- Report daily activity and pipeline updates
Base Requirements
- 2+ years B2B or corporate sales experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident in face-to-face presentations
- Proven ability to close deals
- Proven experience with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to take up other responsibilities as needed
- Live in Accra (or its environs with easy access to Accra)
Nice to Have
- Experience in import/export or wholesale
- Existing network in the Accra business community
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- Smartphone with reliable internet
- Fluent in Twi or Ga
